The CAPE has not been well attended in the past few years and we would like to change that, by making our first job to invite more members of the Arnos Ward community to become part of the CAP
what do I need to do?
There is not much that you need to do as a panel member, there are 3 meetings a year that we ask you to attend, where you be part of the discussion and can give your opinion on what is and is not working out so well. You will be able to vote on decisions that need steering.
Outside of the meeting, you can be as active and engaged as you want to be, with other members of the CAPE .
Who are good panel members
Members of the community, people who care about keeping the crime and antisocial behaviour in the neighbourhood to minimal levels or people who care what is going on in the community and what to feedback to the local Councillors and the Police.
In an ideal world, we would have a broad spectrum of people, of different ages and backgrounds.
It would also be nice to get representatives from as many roads in the ward as possible.
How many spaces are there
Up to 25 panel members, we have a long way to go to reach this number. You could make a real difference.
